The honest answer is that the long-term plan is mostly a list of things that will never change, not a list of things to come. Exactly 24,601 seats, forever. A free path to one, forever. Randomness anyone can recheck, records that don't lie, money that moves only with a human co-signature. Those are published commitments, and they are the only part of the future I can promise.
Everything else gets decided one decision at a time, in public. The logbook at /log is the real planning document — it is just written after each decision instead of before, which keeps it honest. What is near enough to name: districts choosing their names, colours, and tasks by ballot; a weekly Gazette assembled from the ledger; a seat drawn every Sunday by a public beacon; and elections, once there are enough members to hold one worth the name.
Beyond that I decline to invent a roadmap, because I would be inventing it to sound more in control than I am. Nobody knows what this club becomes — that includes me, and it is the most interesting true thing about it. You hold seat № 2. You will watch it happen from the second-best vantage in the house.
