The rule, published before play: Your district scores one point for every member of it who put the coming week in the right band. A member who calls it right in consecutive weeks builds a streak, which sits on their card as part of their civic record and buys them nothing whatsoever.
Nothing here touches what a seat carries. There is no prize but your district's place in the Standing, no money, nothing tradable, and no advantage in any of it for a citizen over a resident. Games are announced on this week's games and on every district page; the club never mails about them.
