The two games every district plays each week. One click answers each; there is nothing to install, nothing to stake and nothing to win but a place in the Standing. Opened and scored by machine at the head of each week.

Every populated district plays the same two games each week and is scored only on its own members' answers, so a district of four is not playing a district of forty for the same points. Anybody may read them; only a seat with an address may answer one.

Season 1. Points from these count towards the Standing.

Two more contests are designed and not built: the Docket, in which districts argue a real question the Secretary faces and the winning case changes what it does, and the Mace, a challenge belt held by one district at a time. Both are written up in the club's design notes and neither exists. They are named here because a page that implied four games a week while running two would be a small lie, and this club prints the number it actually has.
